What is included in your fixed price repair?
The fixed price appliance repair fee covers you against the cost of the call out, diagnostics, labour & parts (if required), full testing and a professional safety check. The price we quote is the price you pay.
How can you quote a price without knowing what the fault is?
We have extensive data allowing us to work out our fixed pricing. We believe this offers value by knowing exactly what you will pay for your repair from the outset with no hidden costs.
What if your engineer can't repair my appliance?
If for any reason our engineers can’t repair your appliance due to parts being obsolete, or it is beyond economical repair, we simply refund you minus a £79 call out charge. You also have the option to deduct your refund from the cost of a discounted new appliance, including a professional installation & removal service.
Do your engineers carry parts?
Yes, our engineers carry common parts on their vans enabling us to fix your appliance on the first visit. We also try to pre-order parts where possible based on the information you provide when booking your repair with us. This isn’t always possible, however the fixed price repair includes our engineers returning to fit parts that need to be ordered in. We can normally ship parts from our distribution warehouse for next day shipping depending on stock availability.
Are there any exclusions to the fixed price repair option?
If our engineer visits and finds that your repair falls into any of the below categories we will cancel the repair and arrange to refund you the fixed price fee paid less a call out charge of £79.
- Commercial appliances or domestic appliances installed in commercial premises.
- If the total repair exceeds £250 including parts (we will quote you if this occurs).
- Appliances situated in caravans or on boats.
- Glass hob tops.
- Food loss or spoilage.
- Repairs as a result of misuse, negligence or poor installation.
- Repairs as a result of appliances being affected by flood damage or infestation.
- Repairs to appliances which have not been installed in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations.
- Appliances which differ from the details used to obtain the quote, including the age of the appliance.
- Appliances over 12 years old and the parts are found to be obsolete.
- Re-gassing of refrigeration system products such as fridges and freezers.

We carry out repairs to all major brands of domestic appliances. Our qualified engineers are able to fix a wide range of appliances including; washing machines, washer dryers, tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, hobs, cooker hoods and fridge freezers
Do you offer a specific timed appointment?
Our bookings are either an AM or PM appointment, you will be contacted to confirm your appointment time slot. You can request a time during the day, however we can’t guarantee the engineers will be able to accommodate your request due to the number of jobs booked in daily.
